So I got the flowers delivered on the day. I spent a lot of money. Over 100 and the bouquet she received was embarassing. I wish I could attach the picture. It had cheap flowers like grocery store level, and a clear small vase with a ribbon around it. I will never use them again. I was so upset

This company is a bag of Hammers

This company is a bag of Hammers. They take your order, promise same day delivery and once the order is paid for an E-Mail soon follows saying they can't deliver that day. When you call to express your frustration all they can say is "sorry about that". The sales person said they would create an incident and that a manager would contact me to discuss....crickets. I will never deal with Bloom again!!

If I could give 0 starts, I would.

I ordered a plant for a funeral service of a family member 5 days before the service. I was unable to attend the service due to being out of town. 24 hours following the service, I received a call informing me the plant was never delivered. They asked if I wanted it delivered to a home address instead and informed me it would be an additional THREE days before it would be delivered there. In a time of loss and mourning, showing support with a nice plant or flowers is the least you can do. However, if you want it done, DO NOT use this company. If never been so disappointed.

They have zero integrity

They have zero integrity. They said flowers were delivered! In middle of night and just before funeral services they emailed not delivered. How can they say (already delivered) and can’t deliver? Too late for me to get flowers in time. Wonder if will get refund. Customer service was rude and cut me off.

Late for a funeral and way too small

I ordered a plant basket for a wake I couldnt attend and wanted it there two days before to make sure it was there on time. I called today - the day of the service and they hadn't gotten it! I called Blooms and they told me they couldn't give me the name of the florist and they'd call them. I then I got a picture of the arrangement as it showed eventually - and it's half the size of the one I ordered! This was $100 and looked So small. I'm so disappointed! Photos show what I paid for and 2nd What showed up!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BLOOMS TODAY!

I purchased what was supposed to be a beautiful plant arrangement for a coworker and her family due to a lost loved one. What we paid for and what they received was completely different. The basket the skimpy plant came in was so flimsy, it was already falling apart when they went to move it. I called to let the company know that what they sent was in terrible shape and not at all what I ordered. I was told to email along with the order number and pictures. I did that and I NEVER heard back. So I went online to Blooms Today to click on contact us and I submitted yet another complaint. I don't expect them to rectify the problem, reimbursement, since I am now finding hundreds of bad reviews. I wish I would have researched them a bit more. I understand if they did not have the product but replace the item purchased with something comparable. THIS is NOT comparable! Next time I need a plant or flower delivery, I will be calling the LOCAL florist. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The picture on the left is what was ordered, the picture on the right is what was received, what THEY THOUGHT is comparable. Harrumph. NOT!

They didn't deliver my order.

They didn't call to tell me there was a problem. I arrived at the funeral and my flowers didn't.
I don't recommend this unreliable company. Now, I have to wait 5-7 days for my refund and there were flowers!

Horrible all around service

Spent $164 dollars on flowers a week prior to delivery date. Not only did the flowers not arrive on time. They didn't arrive at all. Called to change address. They took it upon themselves to cancel my whole order. I should have known from last year when they delivered dead flowers late. Wish I had 4 hands. I would give this service 4 thumbs down.
